The mountain stands on the southern slope in Příchovice. It is the place where the Jizera Mountains end and the Krkonoše Mountains begin.
We are lucky enough to be sitting in the front row of the most beautiful views, yet a short distance from everything that belongs to the mountains.
Directly above us rises Štěpánka, the oldest and, according to many, the most beautiful observation tower in the Jizera Mountains.
Conversely, down the hill from us, you can venture to the original Jára Cimrman Lighthouse, where you will also find a museum dedicated to this genius.
You don’t have to drive anywhere. Just a few minutes’ walk from us is the renowned U Čápa complex with its own brewery and excellent cuisine.
If you are looking for a quieter place with excellent coffee and even better desserts, you must not miss Kafe Veranda, which is our favorite hideaway for quiet mornings.
If you are coming with children, the Forest Playground on Sluneční is a must-see.
It is a place where children can play in harmony with nature, while you can enjoy the views, coffee from a nearby vending machine, or read a book from the forest library. It’s just a short and pleasant walk from us.
The Jizera Mountains are a paradise for cyclists. If you prefer adrenaline, the nearby Tanvaldský Špičák offers bike trails.
If you prefer peace and quiet, just head towards Jizerka – one of the most picturesque settlements in the Czech Republic.
Sometimes the best plan is to do nothing. The pastures around Příchovice, where you can meet our horses, are perfect for peaceful walks and clearing your head.
